Our goal is to provide Bridgestone truck tyres with a second life option which is fully in line with their original performance and therefore meets expectations in every aspect.

Our product range of Bridgestone pre-cured treads, Qualitread, is based on the equivalent range of our successful new tyres and is consequently perfectly adapted to provide the same excellent performance in the second life cycle.

The wide range of available tread patterns covers all typical applications and axle positions on passenger transport, heavy goods transport and construction vehicles. Continuous adaptation and renewal of the product line-up guarantees that even the latest generation of Bridgestone new tyre patterns are available as Bridgestone retread products.

All the technical features of Bridgestone new tyres are found in Bridgestone pre-cured treads, and these same features provide the same functions and the same benefits. This is especially true of compounds, where in some cases even the same cap & base construction (dual compound construction) is used and the compound formulation is identical. This is also true for tread patterns, where the original designs are replicated with only minor modifications aimed at enhancing the performance characteristics of the pre-cured tread.

Because we use the same technology and compounds for our tread patterns as for new tyres, Qualitread tyres provide great value for money and a very favourable cost/benefits ratio. With a longer life than most other retread tyres available on the market, Qualitread tyres deliver higher mileage and lower cost per kilometre to fleets. They have excellent technical performance such as wet handling, road stability, traction, cornering power and braking. Our aim is to reach 100% of new tyre performance.

This performance level is only achievable because our sophisticated retread technology is optimised by the high quality of Bridgestone casings.

Highway truck tyre patterns
Designed for the latest generation of high-powered, sophisticated long-haul trucks, these Bridgestone pre-cured treads utilise the same technologies used in Bridgestone new truck tyres, in order to give ultimate performance in all requirement aspects.

Regional truck tyre patterns
Adapted to the vigorous demands of Regional Applications, these Bridgestone pre-cured treads are built for impressive mileage and continuous traction performance in all conditions.

On/Off truck tyre patterns
A result of Bridgestone’s vast experience in off-the roads tyres, these pre-cured treads feature revolutionary new compounds, especially adapted to the harsh environment in which these vehicles usually operate and are designed to be resistant to cutting and chipping, while providing excellent traction throughout their whole live-span.

Bus and Coach tyre patterns
City Bus Tyres are built to withstand the particularly violent working life of the city bus. Additionally they offer superior wet road and noise performance.
Coach Tyres are specially designed for use by luxury coaches in international travel where road conditions can change radically along the way and safety is a priority.

Winter tyre patterns.
Bridgestone winter pattern pre-cured tread utilises the same Multicell Compound Technology, which has made Bridgestone a class-leading performer in the new tyre segment. This technology is especially suited for application in low Scandinavian winter temperature and icy conditions.
