Set up in 2004 and located next to the Bridgestone Europe headquarters in Brussels (BSEU), Bridgestone Retread Systems NV/SA (BSRS) oversees all Bridgestone retreading activities in Europe.

Bridgestone’s truck tyres have long been recognised as market-leading products offering the highest levels of performance, safety and economy. Similarly, Bridgestone truck tyre casings have earned a reputation for being among the very best.

One of the key roles of BSRS is to help the best retreaders become even better at using Bridgestone casings to their fullest potential. For that, Bridgestone Retread Partners (the network of retreaders working with us) have access to the strongest and most comprehensive package of retreading materials and machinery, world-class compound technology and process expertise. This enables Bridgestone Retread Partners to supply professional tyre users with the very best retread offer available today.

Our goal is to provide transport fleets with retreaded tyres that replicate perfectly the features of new Bridgestone tyres. To reach this goal, BSRS has 3 main forces:

The Bridgestone Retread Partners Program

Our network of Retread Partners ensures local availability of Bridgestone retread products for dealers and fleets in every European country. The Bridgestone Retread Partners program outlines BSRS’s comprehensive support package of raw materials, service and technical expertise provided by a single, dedicated organisation to its Retread Partners. This is based on maximum flexibility and a differentiated range of integration between retreaders and us.

The quality of our services and support activities

Bridgestone Retread Systems NV/SA provides its partners with services such as technical support, logistics services, customer services and training as well as the selection, purchase and sale of machinery. We work very closely with the best European equipment suppliers, such as Marangoni, TRM and Matteuzzi, to provide the most sophisticated technologies to our Retread Partners. We also offer a high level of technology, working with Bridgestone know-how and its high-quality infrastructure, such as the R&D centre in Rome. Being fully integrated with Bridgestone commercial activities, we work with all local Bridgestone Sales Companies and operate our own sales activities in synergy with Bridgestone’s pan-European Truck Point network and Service Europe breakdown service. The Truck Point Network guarantees access to a large number of fleets and a steady flow of casings.
